With 14 years of experience in non-profit administration, Allison launched Admin Kulture to give solo-entrepreneurs a comprehensive business center to manage their day to day systems.

Her passion is to strategically empower small business leaders to go to the next level of visibility, impact, and revenue. Built on Allison's experience as a seven-figure fundraiser for NPR and PBS,  the mission of Admin Kulture is to give business leaders freedom.
